REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
We, at NAILBOX, do not charge for prior booking for services as early as you require. We only request that in case of a cancellation, please do notify us in advance so that we can serve the other clients too in an orderly fashion.
We also do not charge for any services or products until you have received them or completed treatments. Hence we do not give out any refunds in cash or credit to any customer. In case of any further discrepancies, feel free to contact the salon manager at any point of time.
